Shipping time
Orders are packed by hand within 1–2 business days and sent tracked. We don’t ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns for a change of mind. That said, we always stand behind what we send. If your order arrives faulty, is damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, just email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
