Securely via Stripe at checkout — credit/debit card or PayNow. You enter payment on Stripe’s own secure page, so we never see your card number.

Yes. Choose PayNow at checkout and scan the QR with your banking app. Payment usually confirms within seconds and you’ll get an email receipt.

Enter it in the promo field on the checkout page and the discount applies before you pay. If you received a card in a Shopee parcel, that’s the code to use.

Flat $4 per order, free over $60. We pack within 1–2 business days, and most parcels arrive within 1–3 business days across Singapore, tracked.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final — we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. But if an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it.
