Privacy Policy

Nomadique Glow (UEN 53528173X) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email and phone number, and a record of what you ordered. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order;
• To contact you about your order or a delivery issue;
• Where you consent, to send occasional news and promotions (opt out anytime).

Who we share it with

Only parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe) and delivery provider (e.g. SingPost). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for the transaction and legal, tax and accounting obligations, then securely dispose of them.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent to marketing, by contacting our Data Protection Officer below.

Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Nomadique Glow (UEN 53528173X), a business registered in Singapore. Nomadique Glow is an independent retailer: we resell genuine products sourced from third-party brands (including Typology). We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell — they are supplied in their original manufacturer packaging.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include any applicable taxes. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a genuine pricing error occurs.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards and PayNow. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore only. See Shipping & Returns for delivery times and costs.

5. Products & suitability

Our products are cosmetics and personal-care items. The ingredient list for each product is shown on its product page — please read it before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Everyone's skin is different, and we cannot guarantee that any product will be suitable for you.

6. Limitation of liability

As a reseller, we are not responsible for the formulation, manufacture, or safety of the products, which rests with the respective manufacturer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomadique Glow is not liable for any allergic reaction, irritation, or other adverse condition arising from the use, misuse, or improper storage of a product that was genuine and undamaged when delivered to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Your statutory rights

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund. See Shipping & Returns.

8. Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly-shipped items are covered — see Shipping & Returns.
